- Any level of experience in the game, development, elite or professional.

Coaching:
- should have a coaching experience and knowledge/ and completed IRB (International Rugby Board) Coaching courses certificates.

Goal / Vision:
- make God disciples and spread the Good news.
- Play well and with good example and good influence
- Involve or lead a rugby fellowship
- Faithful in training and commit to the club ( any club he /she plays)
- Willing to take coaching or referee courses to participate in the rugby season
- be willing to make friendship with the players
- Enjoy
