Tai Ming
I am Tai Ming Kwok. My nickname is "Timing" because I believe everything is in God's timing, including my life. I was a street boy when I was 13-14 years old. I was always fighting with my parents and also was into a lot of bad things - stealing, fighting, gambling, etc.
One day a Christian came to the soccer field. He talked to me about how Jesus loves me and He can forgive all my sins. So I prayed to accept the Lord's forgiveness and ask Him to come into my life, right there on the Soccer field! Thanks to God!
God called me from the soccer field, and I dedicated myself to working with the youth that day. In 1994 I gave up my position as coach of the Hong Kong Rowing team to follow His plan for my life. Soon after, God sent me to YWAM Montana for two years where studied a DTS, SBS, Sports Ministry School, and was a staff member.
God called me back to Hong Kong in 1997 to serve the youth. I am so happy I made the decision to serve God with my life. He is so faithful! He has blessed me so much and given me a beautiful wife to share my life with. Thank you Jesus! In His time.
